Pyrolysis is environmentally friendly, technology proven and commercially viable thermo-catalytic de-polymerization process, which is designed to generate Quality Fuel from Polymer waste. The heat and catalyst is transforming Long Chain Polymers (plastic waste, tires, rubber, crude oil sludge) to Short Chain Polymers (Hydrocarbon Gas, Pyrolysis oil, carbon black, charcoal).

Application:

Charcoal soil enrichment, Solid fuel, Paint industry, Ink industry, Filler in plastic recycling, manufacturing high value products (like activated charcoal), etc.

What materials can be used in Pyrolysis Process?

​

Pyrolysis Process does not require segregation or cleaning of materials. The tolerance is 5% for dust and 5% of moisture. The materials which can be used are:

  • Waste Plastic

  • Electronic scrap

  • Mixed plastic(HDPE, LDPE, PE, PP, Nylon, Teflon, PS, ABS, FRP)

  • Multi Layered Plastic

  • Waste Tyres

  • Plastic or rubber parts from vehicles

  • Crude Oil Sludge etc.
