Pyrolysis Plant Production Process
根據各國和地區的實際情況, 研製出了一系列廢舊輪胎和塑膠的加工設備, 包括4噸、6噸、8 ~ 10 噸、(最多約30MT 每批) 不同產能和系列的原油、廢棄物的機器。發動機油, 輪胎油和塑膠油熱解後, 包括約4噸和6噸的日產能。
製程描述
a. 預先加熱使反應器的溫度上升到大約 300℃, 燃料選擇可以是氣體或油。
b. 打開自動進料器, 將小塊輪胎裝入反應器, 熱解開始;達到一定的溫度, 氣體油是由廢物產生的
c. 在運行過程中, 石油天然氣產生並凝結成燃料油儲存, 同步循環氣體並用作燃料;同時, 炭黑和鋼絲也在短時間內從自動放電系統中排出。鋼金屬和炭黑自動地分離和存放。
d. 由於一個批次開始, 它持續約24days 連續, 沒有任何停止。
e. 然後停止電機, 並進行維護。
